I offer confidential, one-to-one mental health support grounded in a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy approach. Together, we explore what is happening in your life right now, gently unpack patterns of thinking and behaviour, and build practical tools you can use day to day. Sessions move at your pace, with space to reflect, ask questions and try new strategies, so you feel heard, understood and supported as you work towards meaningful change.
I partner with organisations to design and deliver tailored training that builds confidence and skills around mental health and wellbeing. Sessions can focus on topics such as understanding stress, supporting colleagues in distress, building psychologically safe teams, or developing compassionate leadership.
